1 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the wk222 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a real person — not an automated bot or a representative of a third party.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself.
• It is entirely your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction or country.

1.1 Age Verification

wk222 may request valid government-issued identification (national ID, passport, or driving licence) to verify age at any time. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

2 Account Registration & Management

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Provided at Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• If your information changes, notify the wk222 support team without delay.

2.2 Password & Security

wk222 will hold you responsible for any activity that occurs on your account, unless you report unauthorized access in a timely manner.

2.3 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, any withdrawable funds remaining in your balance will be returned subject to the applicable conditions.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Payment Methods

wk222 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Your payment method must be registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is needed or if a security review is triggered.

wk222 reserves the right to hold any transaction pending verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). wk222 is not responsible for any loss arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

7 Software & Platform Use

All content, software, graphics, logos, and designs displayed on the wk222 platform are protected under wk222's intellectual property rights. You may use the platform only for personal and recreational purposes.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of the platform for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or analyse the platform's source code is prohibited.
• Any attempt to breach or undermine the platform's security measures is also subject to penalties.

wk222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service without prior notice for maintenance, security upgrades, or other reasons.
